INTRODUCTION

Dr. Ziyi Zhang is a Research Assistant Professor at Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. She is mainly engaged in theoretical research in operations management and related fields. Dr. Zhang has published articles in premier academic journals, including a first-authored paper in a leading UTD24 journal. Her current research interests focus on the operations-marketing interface.
