INTRODUCTION

Dr. Huaxin Qiu (1994-), lecturer of Glorious Sun School of Management, Donghua University. She is mainly engaged in theoretical and methodological research in service operations management and optimization, data-driven decision making and other related fields. Dr. Qiu has published several papers in SCI-indexed, EI-indexed and Chinese core journals. She is also a blind reviewer of several academic journals,like Annals of Operations Research, Complex & Intelligent Systems.
