INTRODUCTION
Dr. Nanzhi Xue (1990-), lecturer of Glorious Sun School of Management, Donghua University. She is mainly engaged in theoretical and empirical research on corporate finance and capital market. Dr. Xue received her PhD in Financial Management from Xiamen University in 2021. She visited University of Toronto in 2021 and ESCP (Paris) in 2014. Dr. Xue has published a paper on "Economic Research" as the corresponding author and presided the Youth Program of Philosophy and Social Science Foundation Project of Shanghai.
