INTRODUCTION
Dr. Dahui Liu is currently working in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at the Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. After graduating from Shanghai Maritime University, he pursued a doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering at Clemson University, and worked as a postdoctoral associate in Cornell University and the University of Arkansas for nearly 4 years. His research focuses on Applied Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Intelligent Transportation, Natural Hazards Risk Management and other related fields. He has participated in and completed several related projects supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
