INTRODUCTION

Lei Chen, Associate Professor, Glorious Sun School of Business and Management. Dr. Chen teaches serval courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, including Business Statistics, Project Management, Decision Support Systems, Strategic Management, Quantitative Research methods. His research covers various fields, such as Innovation and Creativity, Strategy Alliance, Design Innovation, and Start-up Entrepreneurship. He is an empirical researcher and familiar with a range of methods and techniques.
