主讲人简介：李庆颖，香港理工大学博士、博士后，东华大学电商物流系讲师，研究方向为运营管理，在Operations Research Letters, Journal of the Operational Research Society 等期刊上发表多篇论文。

内容摘要：讲座主要介绍消费者的博弈选择行为对排队的影响，以及博弈均衡的表现，并结合博弈均衡选择制定生产计划。具体地，我们介绍在面向等待时间敏感的策略消费者时，一个具有有限生产容量的订货型队列应该如何制定生产计划。潜在客户按泊松过程随机到达，他们估计自身的效用函数，进而做出决定是留下来等待产品或直接离开并不购买。在此消费者行为特征下，我们分析了生产系统的预期成本，并提出一个搜索算法，用以获得最优生产方案。

内容摘要：Design innovation is the engine of fashion. Many fashion firms outsource design innovation to their suppliers. Design outsourcing is on the rise in the fashion supply chain, but research in this area lags behind industry practice. In this paper, we examine how design outsourcing affects the supply chain, and we compare supply chain performance under an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) strategy versus an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) strategy.
