INTRODUCTION

Xia is the lecturer of Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. He received his doctoral degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2014. His research interests include tourism destination marketing, hospitality industry research, international education, and the application of the methodology of Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA). Xia has oversea cooperation experience, and has ever visited Boston college from 2012 to 2013. He has published more than 6 academic journal papers, including one SCI/SSCI-indexed journal papers.
