INTRODUCTION

Dr. Feifeng Zheng joined Glorious Sun School of Management, Donghua University in spring 2012. He is currently a professor in the School of Management, Donghua University, and serves as deputy dean of the school.  received his master and doctoral degree majored in management science and engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2003 and respectively 2006. He His research interests include scheduling optimization, and service management optimization. Dr. Zheng has published over 40 SCI-indexed journal papers, and presided over several scientific projects.
