INTRODUCTION

Yao Hongxin, male, from Sichuan Chengdu, native of Yunnan Weishan, professor at Donghua University Glorious Sun School of Business and Management. A post-doctoral fellow at Peking University China Center of Economic Research, Provincial Research Personnel fostered by Guangdong Province in the “Thousand,Hundred and Ten" project, Person in charge of characteristic specialty in Guangdong Province, Director of Shanghai World Economic Association. He won the second prize of the Outstanding Achievements of Scientific Achievements of the 6th Ministry of Education in 2013, Baosteel excellent teacher award in 2015, and he’s the current Shanghai Municipal Committee of China Democratic National Construction Commission. From 2004 to 2005, Yao was a visiting professor at the Department of Systems Science and Technology, Akita University, Japan. In recent years, he has published more than 50 papers in Academic Journal of economics and management, including over 10 papers published in the SSCI journals and Management World, China Economic Quarterly and Journal of Management Sciences in China, and other domestic authoritative journals, over 30 journals in CSSCI, 6 papers in EI, 4 papers in ISTP, and 1 academic monograph. Yao also has hosted over 10 national and provincial subjects, such as the National Social Science Fund Project, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Project, Guangdong high-level talent projects, Guangdong specialty disciplines construction projects, Guangdong Province Natural Fund projects and participated in 7 national and provincial projects. About the Teaching, his two courses: Microeconomics and Modern Enterprise Management, gained the provincial exquisite courses. Yao himself won the title of Shantou University Distinguished Teaching Award, “best teacher in students’ eyes” in Donghua University. He is now one of the professor committee members at Donghua University Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, also Head of Statistics in school of management.
