INTRODUCTION

Dr. Qingying Li, Associate Professor of Glorious Sun of School of Business and Management. Her research interests include service operations management, supply chain management, strategic consumer behavior. Dr. Qingying Li is the principal for two National Natural Science Foundation of China Programs. She published over ten SCI/SSCI indexed journal papers including POM, IJPE, IJPR, ORL, ANOR, JORS, etc. Dr. Qingying Li is the reviewer for the journals including EJOR、IJPE、IJPR、ANOR, and for the NSFC program.
