INTRODUCTION

Zhao Xiaokang, Professor, School of Management, Donghua University. President of the Shanghai Institute of Management Education, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Committee on textile Industry Construction and Development of the China Textile Planning Research Association, and member of the Professional Committee of the Management Case Study of the China Institute of Management Modernization. Mainly engaged in strategic management, government investment, financial intermediation and other related fields of research. He has been an adjunct professor of SKEMA Business School in France (2019), an adjunct professor at EmLyon Business School in France (2007-2008), a senior visiting scholar at the Sprott Business School of Carlton University in Canada (2006). He has won the first prize of the China Textile Industry Federation Textile Education and Teaching Achievement Award (2015), second prize (2013), Shanghai Yucai Award (2014), Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award 2nd Prize, Donghua University School Excellent Teaching Achievement 1st Prize, 3rd Prize (2015), Shanghai 4th Deng Xiaoping Theory Research and Promotion of Outstanding Achievements Category 2nd Prize (first prize vacancy, ranked fourth), Northeast University of Finance and Economics Outstanding Teaching Materials Award (1997, ranked third). He has published more than 60 papers in the core academic journals of SSCI, SCI, CSSCI/EI at home and abroad, edited and contributed more than 10 textbooks and monographs, and presided over and participated in the completion of 8 national and provincial-level teaching and scientific research projects.
