INTRODUCTION

Chen Meimei, Professor of Department of management science and engineering, Donghua University, doctor of management, master's supervisor, visiting scholar of Carlton University, Canada, serves as executive director of Neuro Management and Neuro Engineering Research Association of management science and engineering society, executive member of Neuro Economic Management Professional Committee of China Society for technical economics, and member of expert group for white paper on Shanghai e-commerce development and Encyclopedia of China (Third Edition): business intelligence volume, expert for appraisal of government project achievements of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission and Commerce Commission, reviewer of Journal of management, etc. Has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of e-commerce for 20 years. Presided over 2 research projects granted by national foundation and several enterprise consulting projects, participated in 5 research projects granted by national foundation, and 3 municipal key projects, 1 general project, and published more than 40 related academic achievements and textbooks.
