On the morning of October 31, the donation ceremony of "Startup Education Fund" and the awarding ceremony of scholarship was held in the second newspaper of Yan'an Road Campus. President Yu Jianyong attended the donation ceremony and presented awards to the representatives of the winning students. Mr. Lin Wenwei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Management, Mr. Liu Changkui, Vice President of the College of Management, attended the event. Representatives of alumni who returned to school in the year of value and representatives of relevant faculty and students attended the conference. The conference was hosted by Ding Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management.

Startup Public Welfare Fund invests tens of millions of RMB every year, focusing on the education and growth of poor families in China, especially left-behind children, as well as boosting programs in the fields of medical care, scientific research and teaching. The total donation of 2 million RMB will be divided into five years to reward and help students with excellent academic performance, family financial difficulties and outstanding volunteers. The winning students will participate in the public welfare activities of Startup Public Welfare Foundation, implanting a heart of public welfare for the college students who will enter the society.
