报告简介

Ha-Brookshire will discuss new research agendas for sustainability. After over two decades of research and industry experiences in the global textile and apparel industry, she shares some of the key findings from her previous research and proposes new research agendas for the future researchers. Ha-Brookshire will go over specifically what has been found in the literature and what needs to be found in the future so overall sustainability goals could be met as a society. Particularly, she will share her thoughts on a new theory called, Moral Responsibility Theory of Corporate Sustainability, that she published in Journal of Business Ethics in 2015. Grounded from the corporate personhood concept, she lays a foundation for new ways to look at and investigate sustainability in the global textile and apparel industry, and beyond.
