报告题目：Managing Sourcing in Competitive and Uncertain Supply Chain Environments

报告内容简介：Efficient sourcing has played an increasingly important role in helping firms in complex supply chain settings optimize cost structures and achieve profitability objectives. Globalization has presented firms with more opportunities to capitalize on the differentials in labor, material and technology costs across areas or regions to improve sourcing efficiency. This is further facilitated by the advances in IT and infrastructures. On the other hand, however, firms are under more intense pressure from the supply side, to strengthen their competitiveness, in addition to competing in volatile markets. We investigate a series of inter-related issues on sourcing that have practical importance and academic relevance, including supplier competition, sourcing sequence,sourcing cooperation, and horizontal subcontracting.

随着供应链结构复杂化加剧，高效的采购策略在帮助企业优化成本结构、实现盈利目标方面起着越来越重要的作用。全球化给企业提供了更多机会来提高采购效率，例如利用劳动力，材料和技术成本在各地区间的差异。IT技术和基础设施的发展更是促进了全球化进程。然而，另一方面，企业在供应方面也面临更剧烈的压力，企业需要在动荡的市场环境中加强其竞争力，我们将从以下四个方面探索相关的采购问题：供应商竞争、采购顺序、采购合作、水平分包。

报告人简介：姜力是香港理工大学工商管理学院的副教授和Faculty Fellow。他于2007年1月毕业于美国密歇根大学罗斯商学院，获工商管理博士学位（主修运营及管理科学）。同年起就职于香港理工大学工商管理学院，2012年升任副教授，并被授予Faculty Fellow。2014年起受聘西南财经大学工商管理学院任客座讲座教授。他的研究兴趣：不确定市场环境下全球采购、不对称信息条件下的信号博弈，全渠道管理，消费者行为研究及信息系统管理等。他的研究成果主要发表在Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management等国际顶级学术期刊上，他同时参与这些期刊的编审工作。他指导学生完成的论文多次在国际会议（INFORMS，POMS）获奖。
