INTRODUCTION

Prof. Ding is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Glorious Sun School of Management, Donghua University. She have focused on the practice and research of ideological and political education, career education and innovation, and entrepreneurship in Colleges. Her excellent work in leading her work team won various awards, such as the advanced team of Donghua University, the team of woman pace-setters of Donghua University, the team of Youth League Committee of Shanghai, etc. She also won the outstanding ideological and political teacher of Donghua University, the advanced teacher of employment work of Donghua University, the award of Excellent Teaching and Education of Donghua University, and the scholarship of Hong Kong Sang Ma Fund.
