INTRODUCTION

Dr. Mengying Wu is an assistant professor at Department of Business Administration, Glorious Sun School of Business and Management of Donghua University. She received her Ph.D degree from School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. Her research interests include organizational behavior, creativity and innovation. In recent years, she has published several important academic papers in journals at home and abroad. She is also a reviewer of over 10 international academic journals.
