INTRODUCTION

Wang Xiaoyu, lecturer, School of management, Donghua University. She has published 4 papers in Journal of management science, Nankai management review, financial research and other domestic authoritative journals, and cited 15 times. She presided over two provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in eight provincial and ministerial level projects as the main participants, and some of the research reports were approved by the main municipal leaders.
