XuJing Shi is the vice professor and master supervisor of Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. Vice prof. Shi has been engaged in professional accounting teaching, practice and research work for more than 30 years. She has published more than 30 academic journal papers in “Finance and Accounting”, “Communication of Finance and Accounting”, “Business Studies”, “Contemporary Finance and Economics” and other core journals, and one of the academic journal papers has been full text copied by “Renmin University of China’s copies of Newspapers and Periodicals : finance and tax”. She has published 4 textbooks and reference books and has been participated in the Ministry of Education’s philosophy and social sciences major research projects in 2007.
