Xiehong Fu (Dr., Associate Professor, Female, Born on Feb. 1. 1973, in China) received her doctoral degree from Donghua University in 2013. Her research focus on human resource management and innovation. She participated in or directed more than 10 business research and consulting projects. She had working experience in human resources and social security bureau of Shanghai Yangpu district for one year. She had teaching experience in Rotterdam business school in Netherlands. The professional courses she had taught include principles of management, international enterprise management, human resource management, pricing strategy, design thinking. The students including undergraduate, graduate, MBA students and managers.
